Texas Weather
{real quick, I know my last post was a bit intense, but I was passionate about those 2 tips. I was hoping that I didn't step on too many toes by being up front and honest. Also, the rules were not ones that I expect YOU to follow, those are strictly for ME! I was giving an example of what I do when I visit other blogs, and wanted to let you know!} Now on to some photos! {love me some pictures}
Here in Central and Southeast Texas, we skipped spring. We jumped right over it. No spring showers, no cool nights and warm days. Until Now! Holy Cow, it's 59 degrees outside! WHAT HAPPENED?
Wildfires have been scorching our earth and thousands upon thousands of acres have gone up in flames.
My heart goes out to the thousands of people that have been affected. I've noticed that Mother Nature hasn't been treating any of us very well lately. Tornados, wildfires, snow storms, flooding, and drought. I pray that soon, mother nature calms down. God has his reasons, but things are so devastating.
So instead of making this post about the negativity going on out there. I wanted to spread some light about some positive things going on as well.
Above are pictures of flowers found around my lawn, and my mothers house. Every picture has been edited with Instagram {do you expect anything else? duh...lol}
An uplifting post for me, and I hope it is for you!
{the cute puppy is Sarah, my moms puppy. Also, pictured, my mom and I riding Luna, her horse, as well as a shark we found on the road during fishing on my bday weekend. Only if we had caught him, he would have been dinner!}
I agree about the weather. I'm just south of Fort Worth and it was 39 here this morning!! What happened to the warm stuff?? And the puppy is adorable!
