Ooops...been a while

So,

I haven't posted in ummm...well a few months to say the least.

Update: BRIAN AND I ARE GETTING MARRIED!!!

He was so stressed and he passed out within an hour of the proposal...I on the other hand didn't get a wink of sleep!

The day finally came, Brian asked me to be his wife, and we were officially engaged. With a gorgeous ring and all...He proposed to me in Austin at the Driskill Hotel on February 28! It was amazing. He was super nervous, and the first words that came out of my mouth were "No, you're not?"...He replied "Yes I am?!" ...it was great...I couldn't have asked for better.

I'm in utter bliss now with planning the wedding. The week after it was official I was in Bridal Heaven, literally! I did so much researching in two weeks, that I didn't research for a month after!

I just recently started researching again, now it's becoming a bit overwhelming. So many decisions, so much time. Our wedding is a good 18 months away. October 22, 2011...552 days until the day. I need to put a countdown on here I guess...

We took engagement pics a month after our engagement on March 27 & 28. We went to the Capital downtown Austin, the Bob Bullock Museum, a hill on the side of Mopac with bluebonnets, LBJ Park, Blanco River & Dam. We took 800 pictures, of which 100-150 pictures turned out perfect. My mom took them for us. We saved at least $600 with her doing them instead of a professional photographer. Anyways, I'm watching Julie & Julia and doing more wedding research. Well I've actually taken a break. I'm getting exhausted by all of the options.

I hope I get on here more often, for myself. I know that no one really reads these blogs, but I'm not doing it for anyone besides myself.
